Stanislaus Community System of Care

Eccovia Resources

On any given day, there are approximately 1,661 people experiencing homelessness in Stanislaus County, according to the 2017 Point-in-Time Count. This population includes special groups with particular needs, such as veterans, families with children, unaccompanied youths, and individuals suffering from severe mental illness and co-occurring disorders.

The Stanislaus Community System of Care (CSOC) is an integrated system of care that guides and tracks homeless individuals and families through a comprehensive array of housing and services designed to prevent and end homelessness. Instead of the isolated interventions of the past, the CSOC’s multiple homelessness services agencies and community partners have come together, aligning their efforts and acting together to help individuals find a way out of homelessness, and to help those at risk of becoming homeless.
